Shallow water, lights on, aim low.

Bowfishing trips are run at night in shallow water, usually under 5 feet. Bows, arrows, equipment, boat lights, life vests, safety gear, and water are included.

  • Guests generally must be 12 years old or older.
  • Younger guests may be considered with prior archery experience.
  • Fish cleaning and disposal are available if guests keep fish.
  • Bring your own cooler if you want to keep fish.
  • Gigging may be available for guests who cannot pull a bow.
Bowfishing rates
  • 4-hour bowfishing trip: $800 up to 4 guests
  • 6-hour bowfishing trip: $1,000 up to 4 guests
  • Additional guest: $150
  • Maximum: 5 guests
  • Custom extended trips available by request

Booking rules

Deposit, weather, and arrival expectations.

Deposit

A $150 deposit holds the date.

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before the trip.

Weather

If Native Roots cancels or reschedules for weather, the deposit can be refunded or moved to the next trip.

No-show

No-shows are responsible for the trip in full.

Arrival

Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled trip time.
